Tauranga is renowned for its stunning beaches and scenery, making it a hub for water sports enthusiasts, particularly surfers, kayakers, and wind-surfers. Mount Maunganui, which offers breathtaking views and hiking opportunities, is just a 30-minute drive away.

 

Additionally, numerous picturesque beaches and waterfalls are within a short drive of our place. There are also plenty of nature walks, shopping centres, and event venues to explore.

 

Our house is conveniently located within a 5-10 minute drive of several walking tracks, parks, two golf courses, paintball, cineplex, and a popular BMX track. For those seeking relaxation, there are four options for mineral hot pools within a 10-15 minute drive.

 

The bus stop is just a 3-minute walk away, and the local supermarket and shops are a 5-minute drive.

 

If you are looking to explore a bit further,  Rotorua, which offers many tourist activities, and Hobbiton, the Lord of the Rings movie set, are less than an hour's drive away.
